Which Boot Camp is Right for You?
You can attend one of our action packed boot camps regardless of your gender, age, or ability. You have a choice from our Weekend Fitness Boot Camps, 5 Night Weight Loss Boot Camp, or 7 Night Weight Loss Boot Camp depending on your goals, availability and budget.
No fitness experience is needed and we encourage and motivate you so that you can work out to your own level and pace. You stay will include luxury 4 star accommodation, a delicious and nutritious Paleo menu, and an exercise routine that focuses on building strength, stamina, toning muscle and losing weight.
7 Night Weight Loss Paleo Boot Camps
(Fri 6pm -Fri 9:30am)
If you are looking maximise weight loss & fat burning, tone muscle, greatly increase fitness and improve general well being, then our 7 Night Weight Loss Boot is for you. Your 7 night experience will be intense, challenging, and rewarding. Your will also have plenty of time each day for rest and recuperation in order to boost the weight loss process. Expect to lose in excess of 3kg (6.6lb) and up to 3 inches off your waist. Leave feeling great, re-invigorated, and refreshed.

5 Night Weight Loss Paleo Boot Camps
(Sun 4pm – Fri 10am)
Attend one of our five night residential boot camps and you can expect to lose up to 3kg (6.6lb) and up to 3 inches off your waist without starving yourself or over exercising. You will improve your fitness, and become more motivated & energised. Five Night Residential Boot Camps are ideal for kick starting a new health and fitness regime, or building on an existing fitness platform.

Weekend Fitness Boot Camps
(Fri 4pm – Sun 4pm)
If your looking for to kick start a healthy regime, boost your fitness, and feel re-invigorated, then our weekend fitness boot camps are for you. You will be physically challenged as you move through a skill combination of low intensity and high intensity exercise. The weekend camps are held in Cambridgeshire – just 40 – 60 minutes by train from London, and are easily accessible from other UK locations.
